School Registration Guidelines

Who can apply

Registration requests are accepted from the principal, owner, trustee or an authorised administrator of a school. We may contact the school directly to confirm that the person applying is authorised to do so.

What to have ready

• The school's official name and full postal address, with PIN code.
• An official school email address and phone number.
• The board the school is affiliated to, and its affiliation or UDISE number if it has one.
• An approximate count of students and staff, and the classes the school runs.

What happens next

• Our team reviews every request personally. No account is created automatically.
• We may call or email to confirm details or to schedule a walkthrough.
• If the request is approved, the email address given in this form receives the school code and a secure link to set a password.
• If it is not approved, we write to explain why.

What this form does not collect

Please do not enter any information about individual students, parents or staff. Student records are added by the school itself, after its account is set up.
