One school cannot see another
Every read and write is scoped to the school it belongs to. Tenant isolation is applied in the data layer, not left to whichever screen happens to be open.
Permissions live on the server
Around sixty distinct permissions decide what each role may do, and they are checked inside the server action itself. Hiding a menu item is never the security boundary.
Credentials are never readable
Passwords are hashed and managed through Firebase Authentication. Nobody — including a school's own administrator — can read someone else's password.
Changes are attributable
Record changes are written to an audit history with the actor and the before and after state, so questions about who changed what have an answer.
